Booking & Payments
How do I book a tour?
Choose your tour, pick an available date and time slot, select how many guests are joining, add any extras, then complete checkout. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with your booking voucher.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through our ABSA payment gateway, and your card details never touch our servers.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Get in touch with our team as early as possible and we'll do our best to reschedule your booking to another available date. Please contact us directly to discuss any changes.
What is the difference between Private and Shared tours?
A Shared tour means you join other guests on the same departure, which keeps the price lower. A Private tour reserves the whole experience exclusively for your group.
Do I need to create an account to book?
No account is needed. You can book as a guest in a few minutes — we only ask for the details required to confirm your trip and send your voucher.

Tour Information
What should I bring on the tour?
Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen) and a waterproof camera. Snorkelling gear and life jackets are provided on board.
What is included in the tour price?
Each tour page lists exactly what's included — typically your boat experience, the activities described, and onboard safety equipment. Anything optional is offered as an extra.
What time does the tour start and end?
Start and end times depend on the tour and the time slot you choose at booking. Your exact departure time is shown before checkout and again on your confirmation voucher.
Are meals included?
Some tours include a meal and others offer it as an extra. Check the tour's inclusions, or add a meal during booking if it's available.
Is the tour suitable for children and infants?
Yes. We welcome adults, children and infants — simply set the number of guests in each age group when booking so we can prepare the right safety equipment.

Pricing & Extras
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is per guest, based on how many adults, children and infants are travelling, plus any extras you add. The total updates live as you build your booking.
What extras can I add to my booking?
Depending on the tour you can add extras such as meals, photography or equipment. Some extras offer variants (for example different meal options) that you choose when adding them.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — taxes and booking fees are already included in the displayed total.

Where is the meeting/departure point?
Most tours depart from the Trou d'Eau Douce jetty. Your exact meeting point and directions are included in your booking confirmation voucher.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe we'll contact you to reschedule your tour to another available date at no extra cost.
Do you offer group discounts?
Our prices are already set at their best value year-round, so we don't run separate group discounts. For larger groups, a Private tour is often the best option.
